We're having a heatwave!
And it's about time after a dismal 2017 and an equally dull start to 2018.
Have you been out camping in your bus yet?
In this issue, we feature a couple of intrepid adventurers, one who drove from the UK to Iceland, and another who towed a trailer across Three African Countries, both in their Volkswagens.
Our featured buses include a 1967 Devon Caravette which is still wearing its original paint and even has the original Devon crockery & cutlery as well as the washing up bowl! And there's a pristine 1967 Bay which is one of the most original Dormobile Bays we have seen.
In complete contrast our cover bus is a 1976 Panel Van, which over the past nine years has evolved from a very tatty E-Bay purchase into a wild custom camper complete with airbrushed flames and dragons.
And check out the paint on Coast VW’s latest restoration - a T3 syncro finished in Lamborghini Orange Arancio Atlas, not something you see every day.
Finally, something completely different. A 4X4 LT, this isn’t just big... it’s huge! This monster has been raised by three inches and the owner drove it home from Austria where he'd bought it - sight unseen!
