The Association publishes membership lists once a year in encrypted format which are supplied only to members on a DVD. Please indicate which of your contact details (full postal address, telephone number or e-mail address) you would like to be included in these membership lists. Selecting any of these means that your name will be included along with the selected contact details; selecting none means that your name will not appear on any of the lists.
